What we look for on your application are:
  • Two years of rental history or mortgage payment history.
  • Verification of employment and income, income must be at least three times the amount of the monthly rental amount as a minimum.
  • Last two pay stubs with year to date figures OR 1099 OR last years tax return if self employed OR letter from employer on company letterhead, dated and signed disclosing yearly salary.
  • Credit Report.
  • Criminal Background Check.
We do not accept:
  • Anyone with a past eviction.
  • Felony criminal offense in the last 10 years.
  • Aggressive breed dogs or more than two pets on any property.
  • Housing vouchers.
  • More than two adults unless they are related.
